Get to the job before anyone else knows it exists
Get to new storefronts first
We often spot new businesses weeks before opening day.
Quote while they're still choosing vendors
Reach them while they're still lining up vendors, not after the sign is ordered.
No cold-calling random businesses
Every lead is a new storefront in your county. Think food, shops, salons, clinics, gyms, and auto.
Callable leads on top
Leads with a business phone, email, or website are marked Ready to call and sit at the top. The rest are marked Opening soon or Just opened, scored A/B/C, and re-checked every Thursday.
Know what to say
Every lead on Core comes with a walk-in line. Ready-to-call leads also get a short intro email and a call opener.
Three steps, every Monday
Lots of new businesses show up online weeks before they open. That gap is your window.
- 01
We find the new ones
We watch online databases for new businesses in your county. We keep the storefronts.
- 02
We check and sort them
We check each lead against public listings. If we find a phone, email, or website, we add it and mark the lead Ready to call. Each lead is also flagged opening soon or just opened and scored A/B/C.
- 03
You reach out first
Your list shows up Monday morning as a Google Sheet (and CSV). Ready-to-call leads come first, with lines you can use.
Every new storefront needs something on the wall, window, or truck
Permanent signs
New shops and clinics need signs out front. Think channel letters, monuments, and pylons.
Window graphics & vinyl
A new shop needs its hours and logo on the glass before it opens.
Vehicle wraps
New auto and service businesses want their name on their trucks.
Grand-opening banners
A quick first job that gets you in the door before opening day.

Not every lead has an email. Many new businesses are not listed yet, so some leads come with only a phone or a website, and some with just an address. Scores are our best guess, not a promise of a job. Opening dates can move.

15 callable leads a month, or that month is free.
You get every new storefront-type business we find in your county, every week. The ones we can match to a business phone, email, or website are marked Ready to call. If you get fewer than 15 in a calendar month (6 in the North Texas bundle), that month is free. If a lead turns out closed, residential, or not at that address, reply "bad lead" and we'll replace it.
What we guarantee, and what we don't
- We guarantee the list. It's fresh, checked, and only storefronts in your county.
- We don't promise a phone on every lead. Brand-new businesses often aren't listed yet. That's why you hear about them first. About a third are Ready to call when we send them, and more as they open.
- We don't guarantee jobs. Closing them is your craft.
- No contract. Cancel any time with one email.
- Founding pilot: reply "refund" within 30 days for your $99 back.
Questions shops ask
Where do the leads come from?
We watch online databases to spot new businesses, often weeks before they open. Then we check each one, look for a phone, email, or website, and sort the list for sign shops.
Which counties do you cover?
Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Wise, Cooke, Montague, and Wichita. Seats are limited to 3 shops per county, or 1 if someone takes the exclusive. Ask if your county is still open.
How does delivery work?
Every Monday morning your list lands in a Google Sheet shared with you (CSV included), and we email you when it's ready. Core plans also get a smaller Thursday drop of new leads, plus upgrades as leads become Ready to call.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan is month to month. Reply to any email or write to [email protected] and we'll stop at the end of your current month.
Will other sign shops get the same leads?
At most 3 shops share a county on Core. With an Exclusive county plan, no one else gets your county's list.
Do you contact the businesses on my list?
No. The list is yours to work. We give you the timing and the words; you make the contact.
Does every lead have a phone number?
No. Many of these businesses aren't open yet, so they aren't listed anywhere. When we can match a business phone, email, or website, we include it and mark the lead Ready to call; that's about a third of new leads at first, and more after they open. We never include personal or owner cell numbers.
