Get to the job before anyone else knows it exists
Reach new businesses before your rivals do
We often spot new businesses weeks before opening day. That gives you time to pitch a service plan.
Know who owns the unit
In many strip centers the landlord owns the rooftop unit. Your list shows if a lead is in a suite or at its own street address.
Callable leads on top
Leads with a business phone, email, or website are marked Ready to call. The rest are flagged opening soon or just opened.
Only the spaces that work hard
We keep restaurants, food stores, clinics, salons, gyms, and car lots. Their systems run long hours.
Three steps, every Monday
Lots of new businesses show up online weeks before they open. That gap is your window.
- 01
We find the new ones
We watch online databases for new businesses in your county. We keep the ones with kitchens, cold cases, or busy rooms to keep cool.
- 02
We check and sort them
We check each lead against public listings. If we find a phone, email, or website, we add it and mark the lead Ready to call. Each lead is also flagged opening soon or just opened.
- 03
You reach out first
Your list shows up Monday morning as a Google Sheet. Ready-to-call leads come first.
Busy spaces need their heating and cooling to work
Kitchens and food stores
Hot kitchens and cold cases push a system hard. A new owner needs a plan before summer.
Clinics, salons, and gyms
Patients and clients expect a cool room. When the system goes down, so does business.
Service plans
A new business with no HVAC company yet is a good fit for a yearly service plan.
New tenants in old spaces
A new tenant in an old space may get an old unit. It may need a check before opening.

Not every lead has an email. Many new businesses are not listed yet, so some leads come with only a phone or a website, and some with just an address. Scores are our best guess, not a promise of a job. Opening dates can move.

8 callable leads a month, or that month is free.
You get every new business we find in your county that fits your trade, every week. The ones we can match to a business phone, email, or website are marked Ready to call. If you get fewer than 8 in a calendar month (2 in the North Texas bundle), that month is free. We set this number from how many new businesses fit your trade, so we can keep it every month. If a lead turns out closed, residential, or not at that address, reply "bad lead" and we'll replace it.
What we guarantee, and what we don't
- We guarantee the list. It's fresh, checked, and only businesses in your county that fit your trade.
- We don't promise a phone on every lead. Brand-new businesses often aren't listed yet. That's why you hear about them first.
- We don't guarantee jobs. Winning them is your part.
- No contract. Cancel any time with one email.
- Founding pilot: reply "refund" within 30 days for your $99 back.
Questions people ask
Where do the leads come from?
We watch online databases to spot new businesses, often weeks before they open. Then we check each one and look for a business phone, email, or website.
Doesn't the landlord handle HVAC?
Sometimes. In many strip centers the lease puts the rooftop unit on the landlord. Your list shows the address type, so you can start with businesses at their own street address.
Which businesses are on the list?
Restaurants, bars, food stores, clinics, salons, gyms, car dealers, and large general stores. We leave off small shops that rarely hire their own HVAC company.
Can I sign up today?
Yes. Start with a free sample for your county. Then try the full list for 30 days for $99, with your money back if it isn't worth it.
Why is the guarantee 8 and not 15?
Fewer new businesses need their own HVAC company than need a sign. We set your number from how many new businesses fit your trade, so we can keep it every month.
Which counties do you cover?
Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Wise, Cooke, Montague, and Wichita. Ask us if you work somewhere else.
Does every lead have a phone number?
No. Many of these businesses have not opened yet, so they are not listed anywhere. When we find a business phone, email, or website, we mark the lead Ready to call. That's about a third of new leads at first, and more after they open. We never include personal cell numbers.
Do you contact the businesses for me?
No. The list is yours to work. We give you the timing. You make the call.
