Why it works

Get to the job before anyone else knows it exists

Reach new businesses before your rivals do

We often spot new businesses weeks before opening day. That gives you time to set up a visit before they open.

Pitch before they sign with someone else

Food businesses have to keep pests out to pass health checks. Many set up a service plan before they open.

Callable leads on top

Leads with a business phone, email, or website are marked Ready to call. The rest are flagged opening soon or just opened.

No cold-calling random businesses

Every lead is a new business in your county. Think food, shops, clinics, salons, and gyms.

How it works

Three steps, every Monday

Lots of new businesses show up online weeks before they open. That gap is your window.

  1. 01

    We find the new ones

We watch online databases for new businesses in your county. We keep the ones that have food, stock, or a lot of visitors.

  2. 02

    We check and sort them

We check each lead against public listings. If we find a phone, email, or website, we add it and mark the lead Ready to call. Each lead is also flagged opening soon or just opened.

  3. 03

    You reach out first

Your list shows up Monday morning as a Google Sheet. Ready-to-call leads come first.

What they need from you

Every new business with food, people, or stock needs pest control

  • Restaurants and food shops

Food businesses need regular service to pass health checks. A new one needs a plan from day one.

  • Retail stores

New stores with stock in the back want to keep pests out of it.

  • Clinics, salons, and gyms

Busy places need to stay clean and pest free. They need a set schedule.

  • Build-outs and takeovers

A new business in an old space may need a first treatment. That job comes before opening day.

Not every lead has an email. Many new businesses are not listed yet, so some leads come with only a phone or a website, and some with just an address. Scores are our best guess, not a promise of a job. Opening dates can move.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Where do the leads come from?

We watch online databases to spot new businesses, often weeks before they open. Then we check each one and look for a business phone, email, or website.

Can I sign up today?

Plans for pest control are not open yet. Join the early list and we'll send you a free sample now and reach out first when plans open.

Which counties do you cover?

Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Wise, Cooke, Montague, and Wichita. Ask us if you work somewhere else.

Does every lead have a phone number?

No. Many of these businesses have not opened yet, so they are not listed anywhere. When we find a business phone, email, or website, we mark the lead Ready to call. That's about a third of new leads at first, and more after they open. We never include personal cell numbers.

Do you contact the businesses for me?

No. The list is yours to work. We give you the timing. You make the call.
