Why it works

Get to the job before anyone else knows it exists

Reach new restaurants before your rivals do

We often spot new restaurants weeks before opening day. Restaurants and food shops are one of the biggest groups on our list.

Set up the schedule early

A new kitchen needs someone for the hood, the fire system, and the grease trap. Be the one who sets that up.

Callable leads on top

Leads with a business phone, email, or website are marked Ready to call. The rest are flagged opening soon or just opened.

No cold-calling random businesses

Every lead is a new food business in your county. Think cafes, bars, bakeries, and diners.

How it works

Three steps, every Monday

Lots of new businesses show up online weeks before they open. That gap is your window.

  1. 01

    We find the new ones

We watch online databases for new businesses in your county. We keep the ones with a commercial kitchen.

  2. 02

    We check and sort them

We check each lead against public listings. If we find a phone, email, or website, we add it and mark the lead Ready to call. Each lead is also flagged opening soon or just opened.

  3. 03

    You reach out first

Your list shows up Monday morning as a Google Sheet. Ready-to-call leads come first.

What they need from you

Every new commercial kitchen needs the same three things

  • Hood and exhaust cleaning

A busy kitchen needs its hood cleaned on a schedule. A new one needs a company to call.

  • Fire suppression

The fire system under the hood needs checks and tags on a schedule. New owners need someone they trust.

  • Grease traps

Grease traps need to be pumped and logged. A new restaurant needs that set up from the start.

  • Takeovers of old kitchens

Many new restaurants move into an old kitchen. The hood, fire system, and trap may need work right away.

Not every lead has an email. Many new businesses are not listed yet, so some leads come with only a phone or a website, and some with just an address. Scores are our best guess, not a promise of a job. Opening dates can move.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Where do the leads come from?

We watch online databases to spot new businesses, often weeks before they open. Then we check each one and look for a business phone, email, or website.

Is it only restaurants?

Mostly. For kitchen services we keep restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, and other food businesses with a kitchen.

Can I sign up today?

Plans for kitchen services are not open yet. Join the early list and we'll send you a free sample now and reach out first when plans open.

Which counties do you cover?

Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Wise, Cooke, Montague, and Wichita. Ask us if you work somewhere else.

Does every lead have a phone number?

No. Many of these businesses have not opened yet, so they are not listed anywhere. When we find a business phone, email, or website, we mark the lead Ready to call. That's about a third of new leads at first, and more after they open. We never include personal cell numbers.

Do you contact the businesses for me?

No. The list is yours to work. We give you the timing. You make the call.
